Identifying the Heart of What Really Matters...
After working in this field for many years, we have come to some very simple conclusions about what really matters in this work. Although one might expect the greatest success to come from clients who welcome our views and share our vision of what is possible in the workplace, this is not always so.
We have seen miracles happen in many companies that originally appeared to be overly self-serving and even hostile toward their employees.
In business many core values are "sacrificed" to gain a desired end result. Over time the sacrifice of a person's core values takes a toll on the character and integrity of the individual as well as the organization. Our strategies provide the means for people to better align their habits with their core values.
Material wealth does not always satisfy the original hunger that brought many people to their particular careers. Once the comfort and assurance of wealth is established, priorities change. The quality of work-relationships and non-work relationships begins to draw more interest and concern.
Our methods provide the tools and resources that people and organizations need to not only improve their organizations but also improve their lives. It should not be a surprise to discover that improving the health and profitability of the organization only really works over the long haul when the relational health and profitability of the individual improves as well.
