What is a Process?
A process can be repetitive.
It tells a story AND always has a Beginning, Middle, & End.
It may occur once per time interval;or as needed.
It will be a required response to:
Some internal company demand; Some external customer/service demand;
Completion of a process may take one or several people.
A process often includes Get-Do-Give handoffs to other employees or to external customers.
